'Toast' to open 5,000+ square feet location in Ronkonkoma Station Yards

The lease agreement was facilitated by the expertise of Allen Boulos, Richard Cardona, Matthew Sullivan, and Scott Schneider of Patchouge's Evernest Commercial Real Estate, who represented Toast in the transaction.
