St. Patrick's Day parade road closures

March 19 is the annual St. Patrick's parade and May the Road Rise to Meet Ye 2 Mile Race, starting at noon.

Please be aware of the following Road Closures associated with it:

Main Street closes starting at 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. between Route 112 and West Avenue and South Ocean Avenue between Oak Street and Church Street.

The southbound side of Route 112, between Oak Street and Main Street will also close at 11 a.m. for the parade lineup. Once the parade clears off that section, by approx 1 p.m. it should reopen.

The following roads will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the Road race:

- West Avenue - from Lake St to Division Ave.
- Railroad Avenue - Main St to Septon St.
- Church St - So Ocean Ave to Railroad Ave

Also, to accommodate the Road Race, the Municipal Parking lot off Church Street and the Parking lot behind the 6th District Court will be short-term closed until all runners pass through the streets around those lots.

The lot will be closed off between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. So any car in the lot prior to 11:30a a.m. will not be able to leave until approx. 1 p.m. (probably sooner) and any car not in the lot will not be able to enter the lot between approx. 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
