“This donation could not have come at a better time. Meeting the needs of those less fortunate in our community is a much greater challenge during these difficult economic times,” said pastoral associate for the church, Marlene Tully.
The church and the junior civic have both already been preparing for Thanksgiving and Christmas drives.
