The Bay Area Friends of Fine Arts gallery at Gillette House is hosting an exhibit for return artists Bobbie and Bob Dalpiaz.
The husband and wife team is a “creative collaboration… to create unique, functional artwork.”
With experimental glazes, the pottery took on different personae of animal skin in iterations of rattlesnakes to amoebic dances. The delicate woodwork, often culminating in a piercing pin, served as bespoke minarets complementing the fluid, feminine curves of the pottery.
The artwork will be on display this Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28, from noon to 4 p.m.
