On Sunday, Oct. 2, singer Joe Volturo brought the spirit of “ol’ blue eyes” to the Bay Shore-Brightwaters Library. The singer serenaded attendees with songs from throughout Frank Sinatra’s career, including “That’s Life” and “The Lady is a Tramp.” Volturo also welcomed onto the stage singer Samantha Carlson, who dazzled with songs by Connie Francis. In between songs, Volturo provided interesting facts and a timeline of Sinatra and his music that kept the audience engaged.
