The Bellport Chamber of Commerce will once again be hosting their annual Bellport Day celebration on Saturday, July 31 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with road closures from the Four Corners to the Bellport Fire House on South Country Road.
Shop owners, according to chamber vice president LuAnn Thompson, will be set up in the streets for an extended shopping opportunity. There will also be street-level performances and dining at the local restaurants.
Two bands—including the New Students, a modern bluegrass band, and High Tide, a ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s cover band— and the National Circus Project will perform. Bellport Fire Department will also be coinciding their annual craft fair that day.
All restrictions have been lifted, though eventgoers are being asked to practice social distancing.
