The Town of Brookhaven has announced that the Holtsville Pool will open for the season on Monday, July 13 for residents only. The Centereach Pool and Mastic Aquatic Center will remain closed for the season. Ticket purchase is by credit card or e-check only and will only be available online at www.BrookhavenNY.gov/HoltsvillePool starting on Friday, July 10. All adult members of the group will be required to show proof of residency while at the pool. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In order to accommodate all Town residents, a limit of one session per day can be purchased. A Town resident parking sticker is required for entrance into the facility parking lot. The sticker can be purchased online only at www.BrookhavenNY.gov/Sticker.
The Holtsville Pool will be open seven days a week with two sessions per day: Session I is from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and Session II from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The pool and all surfaces will be sanitized between sessions, and admission will be limited during each session to ensure safe social distancing. If the pool closes due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event, rainchecks will be issued. Those visiting the pool should bring their own beach or folding chairs as none will be provided at the facility.
In order to help stop the spread of the COVD 19 virus, social distancing protocols will be strictly enforced by the pool staff. Those who refuse to comply will be asked to leave the facility with their entire group. For more information, visit www.BrookhavenNY.gov/HoltsvillePool or call 631-451-TOWN (8696).
